1. The surface of non-standard chain spray rust removal should be immediately coated with primer. When painting, it should be done in a clean and tidy place, with an ambient temperature of 5 ℃ or above and humidity below 85%. The surface temperature of the workpiece should not exceed 60 ℃;

The color of each layer of paint should be different, and the dry film thickness of each layer of paint should be 25-35 μ m, with a total dry film thickness of not less than 75 μ m;

　　The working surface of the non-standard chain smooth drum and roller can be coated with only one layer of anti rust paint or topcoat, and the inner wall of the roller should be coated with rust paint.

　　The exposed processing mating surface should be coated with protective grease, and the exposed processing non mating surface (excluding the frame) should be coated with topcoat or primer, with a dry film thickness of at least 35 feet;

　　3. After installation and debugging, the topcoat should be applied again, and the damaged parts during transportation and installation should be repaired before painting;

　　4. The coating of non-standard chain primer and intermediate layer paint shall not have defects such as pinholes, bubbles, cracks, peeling, sagging, and missed coating; The topcoat requires uniformity, brightness, and completeness.
